He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Patkus and Helen Patkus. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Patkus; his daughter Mary Patkus of Freehold; his sisters, Susan Brockel (Paul) and Marianne McCabe (Kevin) of Scotch Plains; and his nephews, Christopher, Andrew and Gregory.
