He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lubertazza and Ann Roccia Lubertazza; and his sister Ann Guancione. He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline Lykes of Jackson, NJ; his sister Dorothy Callanan (James) of Manahawkin, NJ; and his grandchildren, Kelly Soviero (Tony) of Southampton, PA and Dana DeMarco (Chris) of Browns Mills, NJ. He is also survived by three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
