She is survived by: her husband Joseph Stephen Monroe; and her children, Joseph Monroe (Karen), Bryan Monroe, Carolyn Broadhurst (Bill) and Daniel Monroe (Sheila). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
