She was predeceased by: her husband William J Tolentino. She is survived by: her children, Robert W Tolentino, Theresa M Ickles (Jerry) and Ickles; and her grandsons, Joseph (Rhondi), Kevin (Dani) and Bryan (Rachel). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
