He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cooke and Regina Cooke; and his siblings, Robert and Carol. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his children, Greg (Melissa) and Stacey (Brian); his granddaughters, Carly and Ella; his children, Kaitlyn and Matthew; and his sisters, Patricia, Kathleen (Phil) and Regina. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
