He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenick Certo and Rose Certo. He is survived by: his wife Lucia Certo; his sons, Christopher Certo (Gina) of Bozeman and Paul Certo (Susan) of Tega Cay; his grandchildren, John Certo (Natalie) of Bozeman, Domenick Certo (Nia Pasquini) of Chicago, Maria Rose of Seattle and Ryan Certo of Tega Cay; his great grandchild Charlie Certo; his brother Andy Certo (Mary) of Fort Washington, Maryland; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Devory (Ken) of Jackson. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
