She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Struzienski; her husband Anthony Iacullo; and her siblings, Helen Lubertowitz, Edward Struzienski, Mary Jurczak, Joseph Struzienski and Frank Davidenko.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony, Rosemarie, Tommy and Susan D'Ambola (Bobby); her grandchildren, Richard Rizzolo (Diane), Robert D'Ambola, Deanna Iacullo, Tom Iacullo, Alexis Lozado (Renaldo) and Anthony D'Ambola (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Dominick D'Ambola, Dante Rizzolo, Vincenzo D'Ambola, Gianni Lozado and Milliana Lozado. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
