It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard P. Bongers of Jackson, New Jersey, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on May 1, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Jennifer Reed (Scot Reed) of Doylestown, PA and Jeanine Meyer (Edward Meyer) of Farmingville, NY; his grandchildren, Kristin Reed, Matthew Reed, Siobhan Meyer and Riley Meyer; his siblings, Carol Bongers of Lake Wedowee, AL, Gary Bongers of Cape Coral, FL. and Catherine Mauro; his wife Barbara Howe Bongers; and his parents, Otto Bongers and Madeline Bongers.
