She was predeceased by: her father Robert Bissell; and her brothers, Bobby and Ronny Bissell. She is survived by: her husband James McGowan; her children, John, James and Gina Marie McGowan; her mother Gina Santa; her stepfather Vito Santa; and her sister Brenda Fleig.
