Louis Carl Mazzola was born on August 28th, 1942 in Brooklyn, New York, during World War two. He was always known for his bright personality and always was there for anyone who needed to talk to. He was a long time worker since he was 14 years old working with his mother in a coat factory. Then as he grew older he worked on Wall Street and then later worked in UBS Financial. He worked in the Howell Wal-Mart from October 2009 - June 2019 as a training coordinator close to his death. He moved with his family from Jackson, New Jersey to Howell, New Jersey in early 2000. He remained there closer to his death. He went on many vacations with his family, primarily cruises and farm trips. He then had 3 grandaughters, Lauren Jessica & Angela. He had a love for football and baseball, he loved fantasy sports and New York-style cheesecake. His favorite music was Meatloaf and Harry Chapin. He helped out with Jackson Handicapped and Disabled for many years, primarily in challenger softball he pitched to the handicapped. He also attended the dances with his 3 children when they were young. He adopted twins Megan & Matthew and a daughter Amber Mazzola. He also cared with his wife Janice Mazzola over 29 foster children. Closer to his passing, he was diagnosed with colon cancer and took chemotherapy for over a year in a half. When he was getting fluid drained from around his lungs, he got a punctured lung. In which, the cancer spreaded to there. After a week in the hospital, he passed away peacefully on June 16th, 2019 at CentaState Medical Center on Fathers Day. He left surviving his wife Janice Mazzola, his four children Greg, Matthew, Megan & Amber Mazzola, his 3 grandaughters, Lauren, Jessica & Angela Mazzola, his brother and sister-in-law Timothy and Barbara Thyne. Other family members: Sean & Deana Kean, Allison & James Henderson, Kelly & Jeff Pratt and Dennis & Debbie Martin.
