He was predeceased by: his son David; his nephew Mark; his grandson Scott; and his sister Rosemary. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Dios; his children, Theresa Ensminger, Alan Worman, Anthony Dios, Joel Worman, Michael Worman and Randi Frank; and his sister Mary Ann Todd. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
