He was predeceased by: his former wife Marilyn Wallace; his parents, Lilly LaRosa and Francis LaRosa; and his siblings, Mary Ramona Caylor and David LaRosa.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Masterson of Jackson, NJ; his son Mark LaRosa of Suffern, NY; and his brothers, Joseph LaRosa (Charlotte LaRosa) of Ohio and Francis "Frank" LaRosa of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (47 E Main St, Freehold, NJ 07728). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (16 Mc Lean St, Freehold, NJ 07728). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Rose of Lima Cemetery (299 Freehold-Englishtown Rd, Freehold, NJ 07728).
