He was predeceased by: his parents, Vestor Lee Taylor and Jessie Ruth Mapp; and his brothers, James Ballard, Kenneth Lester and Janeatha Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ballard; his children, Tiara Ballard, Angelica Ballard, Janet Ballard and Taylor Ballard; his grandson Elijah Terrassan; his siblings, Ruth, Odessa, Johnny, Katie, Evelyn, Janet, Annette, Vanessa, Stephen, David and Joseph; and his mother-in-law Eloise Baldwin. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
