He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bak; his daughter Monika; his son-in-law Robert Spiegel; his granddaughter Olivia Spiegel; his brother Mieczyslaw; his sister-in-law Genonefa Bak; his nephews, Tomasz, Ireneusz Bak and Arthur Bak; his sister-in-law Ewa (Andrzej Prawica); his nieces, Sylwia Mongeluzzi (Andrew) and Jessica Prawica; his cousin Waclaw (Maria Jablonski); his son Adam Jablonski; and his mother-in-law Wladyslawa Palen.
