He is survived by: his wife Jackquelyn; his children, Betty-Jo (David) and Jeff (Jessica); his stepdaughter Jamie (Anthony); his siblings, David (Debbie), Dennis (Mitzi), Bobby (late Sue) and Bonnie (Fred); his grandchildren, Gabby, Austin, Dylan, Maddie and Melina; and his mother-in-law Eleanor. He is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
