He is survived by: his wife Linda Reid; his daughters, Rebbeca Turner (Stuart) and Amanda Lewis (Matthew); his grandchildren, Reid Turner, Lane Turner, Madeline Lewis and Nathaniel Lewis; and his granddaughter-in-law Eloise Frolet.
