She is survived by: her parents, Roman Struszczyk and Waleria Struszczyk (Chrustowska); her brother Edward Struszczyk; her husband Anthony Cirigliano; her daughter Lisa Cirigliano; her son-in-law Daniel Sicknick; her granddaughters, Kirstyn and Jaclyn Smith; her sisters, Irene Kurc, Genevieve Thomas, Diane Szymanski and Regina Dellamonica; and her sister-in-law RoseMarie Cirigliano.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anna's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The American Cancer Society.
