He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Cook-Hatchett; his siblings, Dorothy Menter of Jersey City and Jerry Hatchett (Coleen) of Smyrna Delaware; his children, David Jr. (Christine), Adrian Clinton, Tamika Cook, Khadeeja Cook, Steven Mays and Ronald Terry; his grandchildren, Shanae, D'Vesha (Elias), David Ill, Da'Vihonna, Louis, LaShawn, Nyasia and Malachi; his great grandchildren, James and Jamiir; his siblings-in-law, Robbie Mouzon (Betty) and Charlene Hargrove; and his sister Juanita Ruff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, loving friends.
