With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Thomas Selvaggio of Jersey City, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Angelo Selvaggio and Viola Selvaggio; his wife Patrica; his brother Joseph; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Selvaggio and Raymond Hutchins.

He is survived by : his sister Joan Hutchins; his niece Laura; his nephews, Joseph and Michael; and his cousins, Lynn, Walter, David, Debbie, Tina, Johnny and Tommy.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation (3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07306). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anne's Church (3545 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07307).
