He was predeceased by: his parents, John McLoughlin and Virginia McLoughlin; and his brother James McLoughlin. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Flint and Patrick McLoughlin of Florida; his niece Virginia Flint Montenegro (Paul); and his great-niece Ginger Montenegro.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riotto Funeral Home (14 Stagg St, Jersey City, NJ 07306). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
