He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Joyce Binetti; his children, Laura LaBarbera (Tony) and Joseph Binetti Jr. (Diane); his grandchildren, Joseph LaBarbera (Brianna), Natalie LaBarbera, Melissa LaBarbera (Dylan Colombo), Richard Binetti (Lea) and Vincent Binetti; his great grandchildren, Joseph "J. T.", Giovanna and Sienna; and his sister Joan Rossi.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Parow Funeral Home (185 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ, USA 07031). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at 9:45 AM at the Queen of Peace Church (186 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
