He is survived by: his wife Helene (Roche); his children, Krista Murgittroyd, Joseph II (Kathy Murgittroyd), Jessica Quinn (Joe), Alan Lewis (Shannon) and Christy Lewis; his brothers, Jim, Jeff, Jerry, John Howe and Drew Henning; his grandchildren, Katelyn Rossi, Erin, Kara, Ava Murgittroyd, Tyler (Charity), Jeremy, Alex Lewis, Eric Pares, Zachary Lewis and Jaxon Quinn; and also Joe.
