She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Foley and Melva Foley (Sutton); her close friend Richard Miedema; her siblings, Leonard Foley and Melva Mae Laffin; and her brother-in-law Morris V. Laffin, Jr..
She is survived by: her brother Roger Foley; her sisters-in-law, Devon of Highland, NY and Carole Foley of Millerton, NY.; her nephew Michael Laffin (Betty Jean) of Hopewell Junction, NY.; and her husband Ricardo of Millerton, NY..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Delehanty Funeral Home (64 E Main St, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at the Wappingers Falls Rural Cemetery (174-208 W Main St, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590).
In lieu of flowers the family wishes for memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
