He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Smith; and his siblings, Richard and Susan. He is survived by: his father Richard Smith; his wife Anna Rose Smith; his children, Debra Sikora, William Sikora, Jr. (Christina), Kelly Sikora, Kristine Sikora and Kimberly Silverthorn; his child-in-law Daryle; his grandchildren, William III (Raven), Christopher, Charles (Lisa), Jessica, Melanie, Kristine, Angelina, Matthew and Kyle; his great grandchildren, William IV, Alyssa, Jayden and Elias; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Wares, Jr. (Karen), Patrick Wares and Patricia Sikora; his goddaughter Megan Wares; and his pet Scar.
