She was predeceased by: her parents, Bazyli Protz and Anna Protz; her husband Peter Kochan; and her siblings, Leon Protz, Anastasia Punko, Mary Kedriora, Ksienia Demidozicz and Katherine Kalyn.
She is survived by: her children, Valery "Charlie" Samoilow (Robin) and Helen Giambona (Joseph); her grandchildren, Melissa Scuderi, Larisa Giambona and Julia Giambona; and her great grandchildren, Sarah Rose Scuderi and Emma Jean Scuderi. She is also survived by many Cousins, Extended Family.
