He is survived by: his wife Alice M. Czyzewski; his children, Rosemary Ashby and Daniel; his daughter-in-law Debbie Keuper; his grandchildren, Eric, Sally and Henry; his sisters, Regina Zbesko and Hedwig Krall; and his siblings-in-law, James and Judy Keuper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Steve's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
