He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Smith and Marie Smith (Booher). He is survived by: his significant other Kelly Glatthorn; his sisters, Cheryl Smith of Keansburg, Denise and Richie Squeo of Middletown; his uncles, Edward Booher and Alan Smith of Keansburg; and his siblings' children, Richie, Alyssa and Mackenzie.
