He is survived by: his wife Ruta Strobel (Strobel); his son Andres F. Runne (Andy); his daughter-in-law Sue; his grandchildren, AJ and Jack; his brother Juhan; his sister-in-law Jeanne; his nephew John; his niece Caroline (Greene); Amanda, Michael, Nicholas, Zoe Runne, Hendrik and Poppy Greene.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany All Saints Anglican/Lutheran Church (262 Joralemon St, Belleville, NJ 07109). A reception was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:30 PM at 47 Ferry St, Newark, NJ 07105.
