Frances Ann Gillespie Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Ann Gillespie (Kearny, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David Gillespie; her grandson John Devlin; her parents, John McGarril and Catherine McGarril; and her siblings, Kay Leonardis, Shelia Gray, Marie McCarthy, Ann O'Dea and Rev. Colman "Jack" McGarril.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Devlin; and her grandsons, Derek Devlin and Austin Burke.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home (596 Belgrove Dr, Kearny, NJ 07032). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Cecilia Church.
