He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Di Staso (Magarelli); his son Frederick Di Staso; and his sister Catherine Uliano. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Mirabella (Patrick); his sisters, Maryanne Gnudi and Vivian Porchetta; and his granddaughter Raquel Mirabella.
