He was predeceased by: his parents, George John Flanagan and Mary Jane Flanagan; and his sister Jane Flanagan. He is survived by: his brother James P. Flanagan; his daughter Courtney G. Beyer (Michael R. Beyer); his significant other Rosalie Sweeney; his significant other's son Ryan Sweeney; his son Jonah; his significant other's daughter Tricia Remple (Chris Remple); his cousins, Mary Lou Weismantel and Kathlene Graham; Kayia.
In honor of Gary, and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local youth sports organization, YMCA, or cancer society in support of efforts to fight this devastating disease.
