She was predeceased by: her father Agostinho Barreiro. She is survived by: her husband Victor; her children, Ariana and Ashley De Almeida; her mother Rosa Barreiro; and her pet Milo.

She was also involved with the Rick Barbosa Foundation and the Roseville Ave Presbyterian Church in the 7th Precinct.
