He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mathis and Margaret Rose Kelly (Breen). He is survived by: his son Brian M. Kelly; his wife Linda M. Kelly (Chisholm); his children, Teresa, Pete Candelaria of Brick, NJ, Diana Kelly of Monmouth Junction, NJ, Christine and Matt Seaboldt of Kendall Park, NJ.; his brothers, William "Billy" Kelly of Millville, NJ and Michael Cirullo of Kingston, NJ; and his grandchildren, Cory, Joshua, Jayana, Julia, Emilee, Riley, Declan and Harlee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
