She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Spadafino, and Anna Marie Spadafino, Sr. (Caccioppoli); and her sister Donna Schlapfer. She is survived by: her brother Dominic; her sister-in-law Linda Spadafino, Jr.; and her sibling's children, Elena, Olivia, Nathan, Sophie, Matthew and Charlie.
