As Ventrice departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ventrice. Though Ventrice may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil McDonald and Merita McDonald (Barnette); and her son Alrick McCormack. She is survived by: her husband William McCormack; and her children, Annette Vernon (Adrian) of Keyport, Lettna McCormack of Mebane, Sherine Clarke (Toussaint) of Cliffwood, Derwent McCormack (Patricia) of Matawan and Kenlyn McCormack (Sharon) of Keyport. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Macedonia-Freehold Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ (163 Throckmorton St, Freehold, NJ 07728). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shoreland Memorial Gardens (NJ-35, Hazlet, NJ 07730).
