He was predeceased by: his parent Rhoda Victoria Lindsey; his adoptive father Ruben Ewen; and his sibling Hernel. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Steve and Stephanie; his children, Carlton, Yvonne, Maria, Norma, Robert, Brenton and Grace; and his siblings, Altimond, Pearl, Alton, Ivan, Enid, Zenda, Gwen and Roy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grand-children.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Higgins Home For Funerals (752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the Rosedale & Rosehill Cemetery (355 E Linden Ave, Linden, NJ 07036).
