Frances left this world on July 10, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Raftery and Stephen Raftery; her brothers, George Bieber (Mary), Richard Bieber (Cathy) and James Raftery; and her niece Doris Bieber.
She is survived by: her son Michael Greaves (Eileen); her granddaughter Breanne Greaves; her nephews, George Bieber (Amy) and Billy Bieber (Andrea); her niece Maryann Stockstill; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, David Stockstill (Michele), Leah Ford (Brandon), Taylor, Zoee Heitmann and Clayton Stockstill.
