It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry Dasti (Lacey Township, New Jersey), born in Summit, New Jersey, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Dasti and Dorothy; and his sister-in-law Deborah Dasti. He is survived by: his close friends, McGuckin, McNichols, Connors, Anthony and Buckley; his wife Elizabeth Dasti (Liz); his children, Jerry L. Dasti, Matthew Dasti, Chris Dasti, Alex Dasti and Joseph Mackolin; and his siblings, Bill Dasti, Pamela DePasquale, Charles Dasti and Dotty Conaty. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; his partners.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Layton's Home For Funerals (250 Lacey Rd, Forked River, NJ 08731). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church (685 Hooper Ave, Toms River, NJ 08753). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at the Saint Joseph's Cemetery (56 Cedar Grove Rd, Toms River, NJ 08753).
