It is with sadness that the passing of John F. Wake (Lacey Township, New Jersey) is shared. John, born on January 1, 1947, passed away on September 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen Wake and William Wake. He is survived by: his siblings, Ellen Brennan (Greg) and William Wake (late James D'Eramo); his nieces and nephews, Michael, Katie, Erin and Kerry; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael, Jason, Nicole, Kane, Grace and Ella. He is also survived by many loving cousins, friends, neighbors, and caregivers.
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Saint Pius X (300 Lacey Rd, Forked River, NJ 08731). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A wake will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the St. Catharine Cemetery (1000 W Chicago Blvd, Sea Girt, NJ 08750). A burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice in his honor.
