He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Eleanor. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Barlowski (McParland); his son Anthony Barlowski, Jr.; his siblings, Frank (Colleen) of Toms River, Elena (Charles Pavlak), Kathleen and Rose Ann of Brick; and his granddaughter Alyssa.
