She was predeceased by: her parents, James Waters and Edna Waters; and her sister Joan Betty Waters (JB). She is survived by: her siblings, James Waters (Marilyn) of Atlanta, GA, Esther Greene of Toms River, NJ and Jeannette Hayes of Lakewood, NJ. She is also survived by three aunts, cousins, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
