He was predeceased by : his mother Eleanor H. Moore; and his fiancé Jocelyn G. Randle. He is survived by : his father Robert F. Moore (Cynthia Moore); his children, Robert D. Moore Jr. (Nicole Moore), Shiniece T. Morton (Kyle Morton) and Reginald K. Moore; his brothers, Marcus and Christopher Moore; and his grandchildren, Robert D. Moore III, Sidney D. Moore, Kyle J. Morton Jr., Kayla J. Morton and Kiara J. Morton.
