With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roberta J Schrader of Lakewood, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 13, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Vittor and Rose Vittor; her former husband Wilbert; her siblings, Lillian, Kitty and James; and her granddaughter Victoria.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her siblings, Rose and Thomas Vittor; her children, Lynn DeStefano (Vincent, Sr.), Donna Shanosky (Kevin) and Paul Schrader (Lori Rack); her grandchildren, Vincent, Krisitn, Peter, Brittany, Michael and Andrew; and her great grandchild Samuel (Davd Halpern Father). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 10:00 AM at the Piscataway Funeral Home (18 Stelton Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Frances Cabrini RC Church (208 Bound Brook Ave, Piscataway, NJ 08854). An entombment will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Burial Park (899 E Lincoln Ave, Piscataway, NJ 08854).
