It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy E. Dowd (Lakewood, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly McKevitt, Michelle Dowd-Keenan (Christopher) and Celeste Tsiolas (Michael); his grandchildren, Cheryl Horgan (Dan), Shannon, Shawn McKevitt, Christopher Keenan, Hayden, Aurora and Rowan Tsiolas; his great grandchildren, Gracie Viegas, Alexandria and Johnathan Horgan; and his sisters, Sharon DeMato, Nancy Dowd, Dawn Dowd, Donna Scarola, Randi Klepner and Patti Inglese.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the D'Elia Funeral Home (1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
