He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bowlby Cook; his daughters, Donna Askew and Grace Bove (James); his grandchildren, James, Necole, Deena, Molly, Raymond, Amy, Andrea, Ashley, Amanda, Tracy and Wayne; and his extended family, William "Billy" Allen (Betsy), Harry "Butch" Allen and Sue.
