Florence left this world on January 29, 2026 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert James Mullins and Edna Theresa Mullins; her sister Dorothy Ruth Mullins; and her in-laws, Robert Gabriel Zimmerman and Madelyn Schoebel Zimmerman.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Alan Zimmerman; her children, Diane Zimmerman Rich and Robert Scott Zimmerman (Sharon Humphrey); her grandchildren, Casey Lyn Rich Thibault, Holly Lyn Rich Bridge, Connor Michael Rich, Jesse Trier and Elise Zimmerman; her great grandchildren, Adrian James, Jocelyn Marie, Eva Noel, Elowyn Rose and Lucianna Marie; and her sister Eleanor Mae Hessek.
