Nadine Ann Lahavich Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nadine Ann Lahavich (Landing, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Nadine Ann has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Houtz and Elaine Licata (Spease). She is survived by: her brother Michael Houtz; her sister-in-law Christine Houtz; her sibling's children, David Houtz, James Kaphan, Katlyn Houtz and Heather Piergies; her friend Laura Trombetta; and her caregiver Carmela Keimel.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home (150 Landing Rd, Landing, NJ 07850).
