He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Pelka and Veronica Bahring Pelka; and his wife Judith Pelka. He is survived by: his sister Judy Marshall; his stepchildren, Christopher Freda (Sandy), Dianne Snell (Mike), Mark Freda, Sean Freda and Louis Freda; and his stepgrandchildren, Amanda, Alyssa, Ryan, Kyle, Tyler, Mason, Isabella, Austin and Grace. He is also survived by many loving cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
