He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his parents, Joseph DeCarlo and Helen DeCarlo; and his siblings, George and Joan.
He is survived by: his children, Denise, John and Joseph; his grandchildren, Catherine, James, Elizabeth and Robert; and his brother Tommy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
