He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Laurie Faigin (Jason), Jacqueline Janitz (Chris) and Will Levine (Annie LaRocca); his brother Lawrence Levine (Lynn); and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Jenna Faigin and Paul Janitz.
